Description

Designed to fit the Creality Rotary Pro kit only.

This helps stabilize your tumbers at the end with ball bearings. I find this is better for some applications than what comes with the kit.

There are is one bearing carrier and 4 different heights to accommodate different sizes and for use with a riser block, also included.

For the stabilizer, you need:

2 skateboard bearings (ID=9mm, OD=22mm, width=7mm)

M5

  • 1 x M5 x  Cap Head Bolt
  • 1 x M5 regular hex nut (for the knob, see below)
  • 1 x M5 x15 threaded insert (shortest possible, you may need to file it a bit shorter so it doesn't interfere with the other knob.) Alternately, use an M5x20 with a nut.
  • 1 x M5 washer (optional)

M3

  • 3  x M3 x 20  Cap Head Bolt (for the retaining bolt on the base and for the bearings.
  • 1 x M3 threaded insert
  • 1 x M3 regular hex nut (for the knob, see below)
  • 1 x M3 lock nut (could get away without this…)

I used these knobs for the M3 and M5 cap head bolts: https://www.printables.com/model/494231-knob-for-socket-cap-head-screws-in-m3-m4-and-m5

I use these with riser blocks, shown. For those, you need four (4) M4x 15 Cap Head Bolts. They thread into the base of the rotary and the original screws screw into the plastic holes on the base. They are offset to avoid needing long flat head M4 bolts.
