DELACK MMU3 Dorsal Mount (BETA)

To be completely transparent, we DID encounter some issues with the MMU3 when using this setup. However, it was difficult to determine if this was due to the setup itself or the MMU3.

As a result, we are releasing the entire project with STEP files as a BETA for anyone who wants to give it a try. Please customize the files however you see fit. 

The benefits of the setup is that it takes up substantially less space than the setup recommended by Prusa, and it does not require any significant changes to the buffer or PTFE tubes other than printing some different files. Additionally, the PTFE tube management is a lot cleaner. 

The Wing prints were created so that the included filament rollers will fit on top of the DELACK (in an arc configuration).

Since no permanent altercations are needed for this setup, you can always go back to the original setup if this doesn't work for you.

Again, we ARE NOT guaranteeing or even recommending this setup since it is drastically different than the one recommended by Prusa. 

The reason we are releasing it in BETA is because we spent a significant amount of time on the files, so rather than scraping the project altogether, we wanted to release it to the community to see if anyone wanted to test or adapt it to improve upon what we think could potentially be a better and more practical solution than the setup that Prusa currently recommends.
