Description

A simple nozzle brush using the bed mounted nozzle scrubbers from the A1.

But why?

  • In case you have an exposed 5v rail from a PCB Klicky and don't want to risk shorting 5v to ground with a brass/copper brush (ask me how I know)
  • Won't scratch up your plated nozzles (or leave brass powder everywhere on your hardened or Tungsten Carbide ones)
  • Apparently, polycrystalline diamond nozzles don't love wire brushes very much.
  • idk lol i had spares

How do:

  1. Print in plastic of your choice, preferably something heat resistant.  I did mine in ASA.
  2. Peel protective backing off nozzle scrubber
  3. Stick into the slot (mind the orientation)
