Fast Printing Key Tags for Printed Labels

I needed dozens of neatly labeled key tags, and I needed them quickly. I wanted to label them with a thermal label printer. So I created this model.

Labels in sizes 12x40 and 12x50 mm (or smaller) are currently supported. Of course, hand-written labels can also be used.

A batch of 10 (light version) takes 22 minutes on my BambuLab X1C (normal speed), using 11.5 grams of filament. I print them in PETG. To ensure that they are printed solidly, you should increase the number of bottom layers accordingly.

There is a light version and a thicker version. The light version is fine in your pocket, handbag, safe… it is not meant for heavy duty use though. I have included a thicker version in case you need something more robust.
