A modular 3D-printable mounting system designed for MOLLE panels that utilize 1.5 in × 1.0 in × 1/8 in (38.1 × 25.4 × 3.2 mm) rectangular cutouts, including Rago Fabrication MOLLE panels and other panels with matching slot dimensions.

The system is built around a universal locking backplate that securely mounts through the panel cutouts while providing a standardized attachment interface. Each backplate features a 7 mm on center mounting grid that accepts ruthex RX-M3×5.7 mm heat-set threaded inserts and M3 socket head cap screws, allowing accessories to be installed, repositioned, or replaced without modifying the base mount. Heat-set inserts provide durable metal threads capable of repeated assembly and disassembly while maintaining the strength expected from functional vehicle accessories.

Current accessory designs include:

• Adjustable-angle Gerber seatbelt cutter sheath, allowing the cutter to be positioned at the preferred draw angle for quick access.

• Radio clip mount, providing a secure mounting point for portable radios while maintaining compatibility with the common backplate interface.

The modular architecture makes it easy to design additional accessories that share the same mounting pattern, enabling a growing ecosystem of interchangeable mounts for off-road, overlanding, emergency response, and everyday vehicle organization.
