Case for ESP32C3-OLEDmini (0.42") PCB

PCB size ~ 25mm × 20.5 mm × 1.1mm

• 2 Buttons  (reset needs deeper press) and two led notches.

• USBc connector can be used to power - or use anything between 3.35 and 6.5V

• Usable 1 Button and 1 LED onboard. GPIO9-BTN + GPIO8-LED

• 160Mhz CPU 4MB flash.

• Several Power modes, light sleep (130μA) connection hold, deep sleep (5μA), modem sleep (20mA)

• BLE 5.0 HID (wireless mouse keyboard etc)

• WLAN AP with Webserver

• OLED 72×40 on i2c SDA 5 SCL 6

Wireless

Integrated 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) and Bluetooth 5.0 LE. The BLE subsystem integrates a hardware link-layer controller, RF/modem block, and a full software protocol stack. It supports the core features of Bluetooth 5 and Bluetooth mesh.

Additional

• The ESPC3 has several ACD inputs ( read voltages 0-2.9v or Button input),

• Peripheral set includes: SPI, I2C (software), UART, I2S, USB for serial

• ADC, PWM (LEDC) Input, Output, Servos  

• RMT Remote Control Transceiver  (WS2812 Neopixel etc)

• Using EIM to build and flash ( Arduino can also be used )

Flash using EIM 

What you need

• ESP32-C3 board connected via USB

• EIM installed → pip install esptool

1 — Find your port

Windows: Device Manager → COM ports → e.g. COM4

---

2 — Flash it

esptool.py --chip esp32c3 --port COM4 --baud 460800
write_flash 0x0 ESP32C3_miniOLED.bin

Replace COM4 with your actual port. On Linux/Mac use /dev/ttyUSB0 etc.

3 — Done

Board resets automatically and runs the firmware.

Troubleshooting

Problem

Port not found

Hold BOOT button while connecting

Permission denied (Linux)

sudo chmod 666 /dev/ttyUSB0

Wrong chip

Replace esp32c3 with esp32 if needed

Flash fails

Try lower baud: --baud 115200
