Description

Update 12/23/2024 to file:

1. Adjusted the radius of the corner of the 12v plug to make it slightly more appealing. 2. Reduced the extrusion length of the solar input because it's fairly difficult to remove once inserted.

Update 12/23/2024 to Details:

1. 10% infill to 100% infill and also use a 10% fill modifier box in prusa slicer ONLY on the 12v plug area. It helps with certain small area's of the model not fall apart after lots of use.

Details:

I have designed a outlet plug assembly that fits onto my Anker c300 DC. The device did not come with any plug covers, and I would like to take this camping and in dusty and dirty environments so I put this model together.

My specific goals were:

(1)To make sure that the individual plugs would seat well enough so they would not fall out, but still be easy to insert.

(2)To have all of the plugs connected so that if you take one out you didn't have the chance of losing the plug

(3)To have the plugs oriented in such a way as to not block the description of the plug.

I used:

Printer: Prusa mini with bondtech extruder upgrade

Filament: eSUN tpe black, which I LOVE! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08RRWZRPQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1

Settings: Fill 100%, Speed 60mm/s, No supports, Gyroid infill, Cooling fan 90%, Nozzle 245, Bed 60, I used purple stick glue

12v Plug: 10% fill on the area filling the plug using a box modifier in Prusa Slicer
