Cassette Carousel - Lắp ráp không cần keo dán

I have some old cassettes  and wanted to store them properly. Really like the Cassette Carousel, but wanted to see if it can be assembled without glue. And turns out it can be done.

It is assembled by sliding cassette parts to top and bottom and threading the pin to bottom. The pin has a 4mm allen key hole for tightening it.

Sliding the cassette parts probably takes some helping, I used a small rubber mallet. Just try make the part slide in evenly. Also when the cassette part is almost all in, make sure to top most dovetails enter the grooves properly.
