Túi đựng lựu đạn Airsoft (E-RAZ / 50mm)

Grenade Pouch deisgned for E-RAZ Airsoft Grenades. Can also be used for anythying else with a diameter of ~50mm.

For mounting, my universal Molle clip system is used. It can be found stand alone here, should you want to use it for your own designs.

Hardware

In terms of hardware, each pouch will require:

• 4x heat set insert M4 , 4mm height

• 4x M4x6 low profile screw (head height no more than 2.3mm)

• 4x M4 washer

• 2x assembled Molle Clip

The files for the Molle clip are no longer included to insure that you will always get the most up to date version from the clip's page.

For assembly, refer to the pictures.

Advice

Parts are designed around the use of PETG, Parts might not function correctly if printed in PLA due to higher stiffness. Other materials like ABS and PA should be fine too but have not been tested.

The low profile version actually requires slightly more force to pull the grenade since the snag hazard is more prevelant with low walls. It does however make up for that by offering more space to grab onto the grenade itself.

Print standing on the bottom face with no support (65° overhang). Printing in other orientations will cause the clip to be weak due to the layer lines.

A version for 40mm launcher grenades is in the works.
