In order to find the perfect fit for your setup, just print a bunch of these with different scaling in Y/X-direction (+/- 10 %).

MicroMax Standard

The card is recessed by 6 mm and will fit every typical card slot.
I tested these with my laptop, an external card reader and the generic LCD 2004 controller.
A standard SD card is 2.1 mm in thickness. Choose between two tolerance options:

• Close-fit (2.25 mm)
• Press-fit (2.15 mm)

MicroMax Micro

The card is recessed by only 1 mm. It still works with the push-lock mechanism of an Ender 3. The slot on the press fit version is undersized by five hundreds (0.95 mm) to compensate the shallow recess. Be careful, try to slide in the card from one side.

• Close-fit (1.1 mm)
• Press-fit (0.95mm)

Print Settings

This model is optimized to be printed with a0.4 mm nozzle. Activate ‘brim’ to increase bed adhesion and select a layer heightbelow or equal to 0.2 mm.
