Description

On taller prints, I was having issues where the bend in the PFTE tube would cause the filament to not go straight down into the extruder. By replacing the MMU2s tower with this part, you can add the additional support to help hold the tube straight up and down. This model also has slightly longer holes for the adjustment screws. This allows more play to aid in calibrating the sensor.

This version has a slightly larger hole/negative space to allow for after market push connectors.

Assembly:

  1. remove the 3 screws holding the MMU2s tower in place
  2. screw in the sensor as per the MMU2s assembly instructions
  3. Calibrate the sensor
  4. install the PFTE tube
  5. slide the 2nd part (squarish part) into the guide
