Description
Clip on OWB Mag Pouch for SW Equalizer and other 9 double stack Shield models. The modeled magazine body dimensions for this one is 20.1mm x 32mm.
10 rd mag shown in picture
For this mag pouch i purchased the belt clip, MRD, retention screw and hardware. I have also provided STL's of the belt clip and MRD if you want to print your own.
Printed Parts - I highly recommend printing with PETG or ABS. I use PETG on most accessories like this that i print.
Mag Pouch - Print upside down on the angle cuts as shown in the picture, with a brim and supports to keep your holes round. Prints well at 0.2 and 0.3 layer heights.
MRD - I purchased THESE since they are smaller than my other designs but my version of this one looks like it will work well. Especially since the price of the store bought ones have went waaay up… I recommend a 0.16-0.2 layer height for lateral strength, printed on its side with the centering rings facing up.
Belt Clip - I purchased THESE. For printing advice Im gonna have to rely on feedback for this one. I have not printed it. If you do please let me know how it turns out!
For hardware you need -
2 x M5x5.8x7.1mm threaded inserts. They must be the 5.8-6.0 length. The next length up will be too long and stick out in to the mag pouch
2 x M5x0.8x8.0mm Flanged Button Head Screw for the belt clip
2 x M5x0.8x20.0mm Flanged Button Head Screw for the MRD
2 x M5x0.8 Flanged Nuts for the MRD
1 x M6 x 16 or ¼-20 x 5/8 thumb screw. I have purchased in bulk HERE but there are also several on Amazon that would work. Or if you do not want tool free adjustment, you can just put a set screw in it.
I make a lot of this stuff so I keep the hardware on hand, in order for the hardware not to price you out you might want consider buying an assortment pack where you would get the screws and nuts together such as THIS ONE
