SawStop Overarm Divided Wye

An improved adapter for the SawStop PCS overarm dust collector. The one that comes with the overarm has a hard 90 degree takeoff that results in mediocre flow to the overarm and reduces flow to the saw as well. This “Divided Wye” design matches the ports of the default adapter, but has a much smoother path and divides the airflow at the 4" outlet in a manner that provides a bit more priority to the overarm. 

The result is a smoother path for the saw itself and an increased flow to the overarm. In my testing I've seen an 11% improvement in lf/min to the saw and 18% to the overarm. 

The wye requires no supports. I recommend increasing perimeters to at least 4 to make the walls solid and avoid infill. It will print faster and result in a stronger port. I used a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.35mm layer height, but it shouldn't be too sensitive to the details provided you avoid infill.
