I often have awkward shaped lumps of firewood that need cutting with a chainsaw. This block holds them steady while cutting, and replaces the random pieces of wood I used to use.

The model is 250 x 100 x 100 millimetres, which just fits on my build-plate, it can easily be resized for your needs.

Printed with ASA for durability and strength. I used ten walls, ten top and bottom layers and 45% infill. It needs to be strong to cope with big lumps of wood being dropped on it.

It uses about 400 grams of filament and takes just about all day to print.

Any strong material would be suitable.
