Giá Đỡ Cuộn In 3D Cho Kệ IKEA Billy

An other simple spool holder for the beloved IKEA Billy System. Build with 22mm rods and countersunk head screws.

Print settings

• + tested with PETG - PLA, ASA, ABS possible

• 0,2mm layer height

• 3 perimeterlines

Accesories:

• 22mm rod (wood or aluminum, steel, ...) - i got mine from the german hardware store OBI

  • IKEA Billy 40cm: cut rod to 36cm

  • IKEA Billy 80cm: cut rod to 76cm

• 3,5mm screws - i used 3,5 x 12mm Spax countersunk head universal screw pared with the dowel

Assembly 

1. Print two of the holder for every storrage layer

2. Screw the holder into the existing holes

   • if your used screws are a bit to loose, place dowel in holes, then screw it in

   • A 6 hole spacing (see pictures) works best as a distance between storrage layers

   • If you want to attatch a holder below the pre drilled holes i recomend using my designed IKEA Billy drill hole template

3. Cut rod to length

4. Klick rods into holder
