Intel Xserve Rackmount Spacer Bracket 805-7385

I received an Intel Xserve with a full rack mount kit... except it was missing these bracket spacers, which are required to hold the screws in place before sliding the Xserve into the rails!

If you're also missing the screws, you need M5 screws, I bought some M5x10mm screws from Amazon.

These brackets have a 6mm magnet cutout in the back, and I stuck some 6x3mm magnets in mine, friction fit. You don't absolutely need the magnets, but they make installation slightly easier.

I printed mine in ASA, 100% infill, but the ASA cracked a little as I tightened the screws... it's kinda tough, using any kind of 3D printed plastics in a rack mount, because there are a lot of mechanical stresses when you're sliding a 30 lb server in and out of the rack.
