Easy to use tool for sanding. 

This is a small version of a model that you can find on my profile here.

The upper block serves to hold the sandpaper in place and it is screwed to the base with a threaded screw. 

Parts:

knob.stl

Threaded fixing knob. This piece is compatible for both small version aand the bigger one you find here.

knob_h.stl

Same as Knob.stl but the handle is a little bit longer.

blobk_top.stl

Upper part for blocking the sandpaper.

block_bottom_small.stl

Triangular rounded edges shape bottom piece. Dimensions: length 50mm

Print & Tips:

I personally used Prusament PLA, 0.4mm nozle and the Prusa Mini+ as printer.

For the screw, I recommend using a good print definition, I used 0.1mm.

No supports for printing are required.
