Printing

Please be advised that optimal results can only be achieved by adhering to our tested and verified printing parameters, as follows:

  • Material: Würth PLA (e.g. Art. no. 4954631200)

  • Infill: 15%

  • Support: needed for the Back Sandingblock, Top Sandingblock and Sandingblock

  • Orientation: Top, Back and Sandingblock on the right side, the Screw and the Knurled Nuts on their back

  • Layer height: 0.2 mm

  • Brims: Not needed

Assembly

  1. Prepare the block body:

    • Print all components according to the parameters above

  2. Attach abrasive sheet or roll:

    • Wrap the abrasive paper around the sanding block

    • Fasten it securely using the knurled nut top – not too loose, not too tight

    • Tighten the abrasive paper with the knurled nut back

  3. Ready to use:

    • Grip the ergonomic handle and start sanding

Tip: When sanding without dust extraction or indoors, we recommend wearing at minimum an FFP2 mask respirator.

Note: Use only on suitable materials. Do not sand painted, glass-fibre-reinforced, or asbestos-containing parts. Always select the appropriate abrasive grit for your material.
