Set up- Take your normal Elite nerf dart cut the tip of the dart off with scissors then put your new tip on the nerf dart.

Shooting- when shooting use a nerf gun that the dart can reach the bottom with the tip still on the gun for example the nerf jolt if your nerf gun isn't powerful enough you can add rubber bands to the piston on the outside of the gun.
