Khối Chà Nhám Nhỏ (Small Sanding Block)

This sanding block is designed for sanding small objects with rounded surfaces. The bottom of the sanding block is crafted to allow the sandpaper to conform to the curves of the object. The entire sanding block is only 8cm wide and can use a 2cm wide sandpaper strip (the strip should be araoung 16.5cm long).

There is no additional stuff (like screws or nuts) needed since you can print everything.

Print instructions

I printed mine with standard PLA since it is specifically designed for sanding small objects. Therefore, it doesn't need to be particularly strong or heat-resistant. Make sure to avoid support structures in the thread.

I used 0.2mm line height, a 0.4mm nozzle and 15% infill. But you can play around to fit your printer.
