Vỏ case chắc chắn cho Orange Pi Zero 3 (Robust Case)

Una alternativa muy económica a la Rasbperry Pi es la Orange Pi con su amplia gama http://www.orangepi.org/. El precio de esta plaquita como la Zero 3, es realmente bajo (unos 17 euros aproximadamente). Me he comprado una y por eso le he diseñado una cajita a medida. 

A very economical alternative to the Rasbperry Pi is the Orange Pi with its wide range http://www.orangepi.org/ . The price of this insert like the Zero 3, is really low ( approximately 17 euros). I have bought one and that is why I have designed a custom box for it.

Como servidor de Octoprint va perfecto y para esto lo estoy utilizando. As an Octoprint server it works perfectly and this is what I am using it for. 

He diseñado esta pequeña cajita para albergar este Micro Pc con unas medidas muy ajustadas.

 I have designed this small box to house this Micro PC with very tight measurements.

Recomiendo para imprimir un ajuste de 0,15 de capa y un 60% de relleno. Hay que imprimir con soportes en las ventanas de microsd, microhdmi, USB A, RJ45 y los cuatro pads adhesivos inferiores.

 I recommend with a setting of 0.15 layer and 60% fill for printing. You have to print with supports on the windows of microsd, microhdmi, USB A, RJ45 and the four lower adhesive pads.

También añado un diseño de tapa superior más agujereada. I also add a more holey top cover design.

Añado también mi preferida; una tapa con mucha ventilación. I also add my favorite; a lid with lots of ventilation.

CON ESTA TAPA SE CONSIGUEN BAJAR ALGUNOS GRADOS EXTRA AL PROCESADOR. WITH THIS COVER YOU CAN LOWER SOME EXTRA DEGREES TO THE PROCESSOR.

Recomiendo imprimir a 0,15 de altura de capa y 60% de relleno. I recommend printing at 0.15 layer height and 60% infill.

Para el montaje se necesitan cuatro insertos m3 y 4 tornillos 3x6 mm. For assembly you need four m3 inserts and 4 3x6 mm screws are needed.

Un truco que yo uso para asegurarme de que los insertos no quedan ladeados: Roscar un tornillo un poco largo para comprobar que esten verticales. Si no es así calentarlos un poco y mover el tornillo ligeramente hasta que queden perfectamente alineados mientras se enfrían.

A trick I use to make sure the inserts are not tilted: Thread a slightly long screw to check that they are vertical. If not, heat them a little and move the screw slightly until they are perfectly aligned while they cool.

Diseñé tambien un modelo con antena externa. I also designed a model with an external antenna.

He previsto cuatro zonas para pads adhesivos. I have provided four areas for adhesive pads.

Como indicador del led de funcionamiento he utlizado un PLA transparente.  As an indicator of the operation led I have used a transparent PLA.

Para cerrar la tapa simplemente presionar contra el cuerpo hasta que se encaje con un click. To close the lid simply press against the body until it clicks into place.

Para abrilo usar un destornillador girando. To open it, use a turning screwdriver

Esta caja es compatible con el disipador total. Hay que cortar los cuatro separadores de plástico superiores para que pueda entrar en la caja. Para cortarlos por las esquinas se puede usar un alicate de corte. La parte inferior del disipador no se usa. This box is compatible with the total heatsink. You have to cut the top four plastic dividers so it can fit into the box. To cut them at the corners you can use cutting pliers. The bottom part of the heatsink is not used.
