Bic sleeve – Ống bọc cho bật lửa Bic tiêu chuẩn

Heavily inspired by Firesleeve. 

Both parts printed in PETG. 

Hole down, 0,15mm layer height, 30% gyroid infill(might try less for floating capability, didn't try). Supports under the rim of bottom and inside groove of top. Inside ones are pretty easy to remove. 

It might be good idea to sand the neck on bottom smooth for easy opening and less wear on o-ring.

Mind the o-ring in the top part. You'll have to find and try whatever fits snug over the bottom parts neck.

Unfortunately I lost original files for the sleeve and therefore won't be revising it anymore.

When I get to it, I'll come up with new version.

Last thing I will adress is breaking of the loops. That is a design flaw on my part.

I uploaded repair loop files. If one or both original ones break off, just sand down the surfaces. 

Print new ones, trim the ears and epoxy them on the sleeve.
