Ví 4 Thẻ (4 Card Wallet)

Redesigned version of JoshCraft3D's JB Minimalist Wallet. I had no need for a waistband and opted for an easier print without any need for support. Changed the screws to 4mm M2 machine screws and added heat-set threaded inserts to allow for ease of assemble/disassemble.

Printed in PETG for all the parts except the two ‘buffers’, witch are in TPU. The top and bottom have a one layer (0.25mm layer height) thick ‘plug’ in the screw holes for printing without support, needs to be drilled out with a 2mm drill before assembly.

The flat surfaces of the top and bottom plates are good places for a 2 layer engraved logo or text.

It's not much work to modify the sides, buffers and lever to accommodate more card, but you will probably need longer screws in that case… Model file is available in Autodesk Fusion format for the modders out there.
