This is a remix of the original Starlink Gen 3 pole mount with several quality-of-life improvements.

What's improved?

• Better tolerances for a tighter and more precise fit of the Starlink antenna and pole adapter

• Added slots for easier removal of the retaining pins (retainers) that hold the pole adapter in place

Available in the following pole diameter variants:

• 20mm, 25mm, 28mm, 30mm, 35mm

Each variant is available for both M6 and M8 bolts.

Priting and assembly

Choose your bolt size (M6 or M8) and select the matching base and pole adapter for your pole diameter!

Once printed, clean up the bolt holes in the base print – some light post-processing may be needed for a clean fit - there is one layer for better hole printing.

The mount can be used in two orientations:

• Nuts on the outside, bolts from inside the mount

• Bolts inside the mount, nuts on the outside

Preferred orientation: nuts on the outside – see photos.

Hardware needed (per mount):

• 4× M6 or M8 nuts (preferably nyloc/self-locking)

• 4× M6 or M8 bolts, 25mm length

• Large washers + spring washers

• Worm drive hose clamp (30.5mm – 45.5mm depending on pole size)

Print settings

• Material: ASA recommended, PETG also works

• Infill: 25% minimum

• Perimeters/walls: 6

• Layer size: 0,2mm (better for tolerances around pole)

Tested

• All models printed in ASA with the settings above

• 28mm variant personally tested and tolerances confirmed working

• Other sizes not physically tested, but tolerances are set to work well across all variants
