I modeled a parametric cup holder for mounting on my kid's upper bunk bed rail to give them access to their water bottle in the middle of the night. The holder can fit cups up to 85mm which fits most common kid's water bottles (Zak!, Contigo Tumbler, Simply Modern Tumbler, etc).

The editable parameters are: 1. Cup diameter, 2. Holder wall thickness, 3. Mounting rail width. 

The base model is designed with a 22.5mm mountain rail width (±7/8") which snugly fits my Max and Lilly bunk bed top-rail. This is the parameter that will mostly likely need adjusting to fit your use case.  

Design features include a tapered opening to assist with ease of placing cup, radius's on all edges for comfort when handling/using, and a radius at the bottom interior of the holder to eliminate sharp corners for ease of cleaning when spills/leaks occur.  (The design is very human..)

Can be printed with a variety of settings, but I used the following:

• 0.3 layer height

• Upright printing, using organic supports for rail overhang

• 15% Cubic infill

• PLA (most filament types would work)
