Three models for mounting 1/2 inch EMT tubing aka conduit.

File pack includes:

• 2" Round base

• 2" Square base

• 2" Square base with gussets

Brackets will accept 1/2 inch EMT tubing. Standard OD for this type of tubing is .706". Model ID is .715 to allow for variation in manufacture sizing. Test pieces were printed in PLA with good success and fitment. Mounting holes are designed for 1/4 inch fasteners. 

I chose EMT as the tubing medium due to its availability and standard manufacture tolerances. Not only is the base material readily available but the tooling to work the tubing is also common place.

EMT is zinc plated so caution must be taken while cutting/sanding etc. Welding/brazing is not suggested due to toxicity of zinc fumes.

No load ratings have been tested.
