Voron 0.2 Orbiter 2.0 Trianglelab CHC Mini StealthBurner

Orbiter 2.0 is a great extruder and I have been using it on my Voron 0.1. Now V0.2 is out and I made a mod for it.

There are many E3D Revo heater core failed, mine included. I keep using the Revo Voron heatsink but replaced the heater core with one from Trianglelab CHC. It needs a Hemera heatbreak to interface the heatsink and the heater, performance is top level, I get very consistent and accurate prints from it.

This mod is very flexible, you can use any part you want, they are all interchangeable.

Front cowling:

• The upper part of the original cowling is cut, and added the Orbiter interface
• You need 3x M3xD5xL5 heated insert, L4 should also work

X-Carriage:

• X-Carriage is modified so that the cowling is mounted by 3 bolts on a flush surface, very sturdy and no tolerance problem. The original 0.2 X-Carriage can still be used but make sure not over-tightening the 3rd bolt.
• For those who still are using V0.1 but only want to upgrade the toolhead: There is an X-carriage with endstop, so you can keep using the endstop
• You need 1x M3x20 BHCS bolt

Hotend Mount:

• Added support for a Frankenstein hotend: Revo Voron heat sink + Hemera heatbreak + Trianglelab CHC heater core
• With CHC the hotend will be 2mm shorter, so this hotend mount compensates for that, which means it's not compatible with Revo heater core. Only CHC.
• Optimized airflow
