Jig Mod Bật Lửa Zorro (Modding Jig for Zorro Lighters)

A jig with a variety of holes and slots for the different lighter mods I do. Unlikely to be of much use to other people, but I'm uploading it anyway so I won't lose the files - and in the unlikely event someone may find it useful.

Takes three M3 heat set inserts and two M3 bolts. Two for clamping it together and one for screwing in a male chicago fastener to be filed down.

Features:

• Clamps and cuts brass tubing for flint wheel shims. (OD 4.5mm x ID 4mm, to make custom flint wheels work with 4mm rod chicago fasteners

• Clamps a cast-metal Zorro insert, to aide in drilling out the flint wheel holes of the insert to 4mm

• Clamps and cuts chicago fasteners to the correct dimensions to work as flint wheel hubs. To install, use a set screw to join two female chicago fasteners together

• Male chicago fastener can be screwed in to be filed down to desired thickness

• Male chicago fastener can be clamped in place to be drilled out to convert into a washer
