Description
The Core One L Dry Box is designed with tolerances of .1mm and to minimize the hinge droop to 1mm, while ensuring repeatable printability and fitment.
PROCEED ONLY: If you tune your Filament Extrusion, Z offset, & Elephants foot compensation. If you wish to print these files without the specificied knowledge, then only use the Galaxy PETG with the provided 3mf files. The 3mf files are set for the HF Nozzle and Satin Sheet.
This was designed with Overture PLA Pro Black, then tested for final print in Prusament Galaxy PETG. I have included 3mf files that include all of tuning, slicing, orientation, supports, ect…, use these and adjust them accordingly to your nozzle type and filament.
Here are my recommendations for nozzles and printer profiles, I have tested these Nozzles, all recommendations should be validated by the user.
I have also found that the default venting of PLA & PETG created poor bed adhesion and significant warping. I recommend turning off the chamber fans when printing any PLA or PETG. I design the topmost parts to be printed face down on the textured sheet, but despite my best efforts getting reliable 100% bed adhesion without warping on the textured sheet and Galaxy PETG, I was not successful. I have printed all the parts on the Satin sheet, keeping them face up, as the surface finish on the C1L is excellent for the Galaxy PETG. I may actually prefer this now, big upgrade from the MK3S in surface finish. You can print in either orientation, supports do take a little cleanup. Use my support settings for easy removal.
My printer profile has custom G code to control the vent, it will close it at the end. Also adjust your filament profile (as included for the Galaxy PETG) to have a Chamber Temp Nominal of 0, this overrides Prusa’s Logic for the chamber fans to run.
Overture PLA was printed on the Satin sheet, default z offset and elephants foot 0.2, this should work with most nozzles. PETG, Satin Sheet, z offset of -0.02, Elephants Foot: 0.4.

If you have gotten this far and understood my instructions and recommendations, then proceed to print the test files.
If you can successfully print the test files and all components fit together (PLA Press Fit, PETG Loose Fit), then proceed to print the Core One L Dry Box.
Please follow the attached assembly instructions. Must Download Separately.
