Creality K1 - Nắp Cửa

For this build, you will only need 6mm wide foam tape. Different foam thickness files are available. I recommend to use at least a 2mm foam. With less than that, it will be hard to have enough compression for a good seal.

PLA should be good enough for this print. In normal conditions, the bottom of the chamber never reaches a temperature above 60°C.

No supports
Nozzle : 0.4
Layer height : 0.2
Perimeters : 3
Top/Bottom layers : 4
Infill : 20%

Note

If after the installation, the door scrapes the top of the plate or doesn't close properly anymore. I recommend to install this model : 🔗 K1 Improved Hinge
