Two options available: A 6mm hole made for Weller ET series tips and a 6.5mm hole for Weller ST series tips

The mounting bracket was made to fit a #8x3/4-inch self taping screw. The holes for the tips are offset and have slightly different angles, increasing the room between the ends, making it easy to grab them even if you have big hands or install it in a tight space.

If you want to adjust the specs, I modeled this using OnShape. Variables can be changed as desired if you have a free or paid account with them:
