Kẹp Băng Đạn Kép Novritsch SSR4

Dual mag clamp for the Novritsch SSR4 magazine (airsoft replica). Designed from scratch but inspired by this part. Novritsch logo embossed in one side.

Has not been field tested yet.

BOM

• 2* M4x60 button head or socket head screws
• 2* M4 heatset inserts (M4x4x6, M4x6x6 or M4x8x6 will work)

Material

Use ABS or ASA for higher impact resistance and higher ductility (the part will deform without breaking). PLA will break without any deformation. PETG has very low impact strength. ASA would be better for UV and water resistance.

Printed using FormFutura rTitan ABS.

Printing settings

• 0.2mm layer height
• 0.4mm line width
• 4 wall lines
• 5 top and bottom layers
• 60% cubic infill
• no supports
• 50% fan (printed in an enclosure)

Use high amount of walls and top/bottoms to increase strength. Use infill that have good resistance in 3 dimensions (cubic, giroid …). Going higher than 60% infill might not increase strength by a significant amount.
