I use a RAM Mount X-Grip to hold an iPad 11 Pro.  The mount gripper presses against the volume buttons, which is not ideal.  This simple guard attaches to the top (when in landscape) of the iPad and has a small cutout to allow the X-Grip to press the guard which distributes the pressure to avoid the volume buttons.

This was printed in PLA on a Prusa MK4 using a 0.40 nozzle and 0.20 layer height.  I imagine most other rigid materials would work as well.
