A very simple structure consisting of a base, 8 sliding flaps and a pin.

After assembly, the whole thing has the following dimensions: 20 cm in diameter, 2.2 cm in height. You can easily print it on a printer with a working area of 22x22cm. I think that if you have the opportunity and need, you can easily print it in a different size as well.

I printed the elements shown in the photos with the following parameters:

Base: filling - 20% supports - yes material - PLA speed - 100 mm/s

Flap: filling - 10% supports - no material - PLA speed - 100 mm/s

Pin: filling - 10% supports - yes material - PLA speed - 100 mm/s

Material used: 170g (base) + 64g (8 flaps of 8g) + 6g (cap) = 240g (79.44m)
