Lotus Elise carpet fixing button

I included two types with the logo: embedded (print face-down and let the filament bridge the cavity) and embossed (print face up, with supports, allowing a filament color transition for the top layers of the logo). The Lotus logo is small and the details did not print well with my 0.4mm nozzle; I recommend using a finer nozzle if printing in FDM.

I also included the stl files for the logo, the blank carpet button, and a carpet button similar to the OE part ( A116V0137F R/B ).
