The Buster Beagle 3D is a very comprehensive and otherwise complete package to introduce the hobbyist to injection molding. One of the only minor flaws (IMO) with the kit was a lack of a proper mount for the air valve (pneumatic button) that initiates the process.

The kit suggests drilling into the housing of the air cylinder, which places it quite high and requires some extra hands on work. I decided to create a simple mount that secures the valve on the left side closest to the cylinder ports, on the same level as the PID unit.

Uses the kit's included mounting hardware. Requires 2x m5x8 bolts & T-nuts to mount to the 2020 extrusion, which should also be included with the kit as extras.
