Flipping ice scraper

Flipping ice scraper. This is a bit beta. I've made some minor adjustments to make it function slightly better on the flipping action so it can open up a little more, but with the plan that it only opens at most 90 degrees.

It's designed to close and have the serrated blade active, then lift the serrated portion to reveal the smooth scraping side for 2 in one action.
