Frankford Arsenal X-10 Bullet Feeder Shuttle Ram
Bullet Lower Ram cũng có một nơi để lưu trữ mô phỏng vỏ.
Mô tả
For those that have the FA X-10 bullet feeder, but either don't need the collator or have the collator but wanted a coinvent place to store your case simulator, this is the model for you.
You'll need four M5x30mm socket head cap screws. If you don't have any lying around, my recommendation is to get an M5 assorted pack like this one. NOTE: You can also use the M5x35mm socket head cap screws that comes with the FA ram.
Update: I've updated the design and made the blade slightly smaller to save on material. I've also included a multi-part version and a uni-part version. The multi-part version minimizes the amount of support material needed. Use the uni-part version if you wish to have a single piece.
Print Settings
Set supports to on, resolution to 0.2, infill density to 15%, wall count to 6, and your top and bottom layer count to 6. Depending on the configuration of your printer, you may need to add additional supports under the post for the case simulator.
This is a two piece print. I split it into two pieces to reduce the amount of support material needed for the print. Arrange the ram with the words side up and the mount with the ridge side up. Refer to the image showing the print orientation or use the included .3mf file.
Post-Printing
There's minimal post processing needed. Simply remove the support material from the back side of the ram, and you're ready to assemble.
