Mô tả
The model is easy to print without support. The orientation of the model is already the right one. The only model I could find could not be printed without supports.
I printed it in ABS with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height. You need a dialed in printer. The holes are designed for M5 screws (5.2mm hole diameter).
You need 7x M5x10mm screws and 7x T-nuts M5 to mount the brace. It works with Kevinakasam's Y-axis linear rail mod (single) and should work with V-rollers as well.
I mounted first all T-nuts in the right postion on the 2040 extrusion, moved it in the right position, tightened all screws. Than I tightened the screws on the 4040 base extrusion.
It's modelled for the Ender-3 standard with electronics case and also the display cable on the right.
I added the f3d file so you can laugh of my designing skills. ;)
Thanks to Kevinakasam for his great mods around the Ender-3: belted Z axis, KlackEnder, Frank 2.0 duct, Y-axis rails, …
Update: Added a symmetrical version for the back or front (without electronics case). It's untested but it should fit. I made a little bit more clearence for the 2040 extrusion. It should print without support.
For the symmetrical version you need 11x M5x10mm screws and 11x T-nuts M5.
PS: If someone needs mods for the Ender 3 Pro, I still need one. ;-)
Update 2023-12-03:
Added the f3d file for the brace in the back.
