Darth Vader head as a bead for a paracord keychain.

I used the “Flaschenhelm” model instead of other Darth Vader heads since it filled some gaps and made the small model more robust.

The stl was made via TinkerCad, which unfortunately reduced the number of vertices. The 3mf was made by adding and subtracting volumes inside eSlicer. The 3mf also has paint-on supports. I recommend using the 3mf.

For knotting instructions search YouTube for “paracord buddy” or follow this link or this one. I made a bigger diameter hole on the bottom, so you can hide a knot in there without the paracord body at all. If you do knot a body, you need an additional knot (in comparison to the paracord buddy instructions) to fill that void.
