2 files, with and without text. These are intended to lock off or lock on a decora light switch using the cover plate holes.

The lockout with-text is printed flat and needs a small amount of supports.

The lockout without-text is printed on its side and needs no supports but requires a brim.

Install by removing the two cover plate screws above and below the switch, mount the lockout over the cover plate in the orientation you desire and replace the screws.

Print at 50%+ fill so it is rigid.
