My wife is a library assistant in the Childrens room at our local library. Last week she brought home a broken plastic screw and asked if I could print replacements for it. Here is the result. The thread is a bastard 5/8"-5 Butress thread. The head is square in shape with a domed head. I printed this with one of the flat edges of the head on the build plate with the thread tipped up at a 30 deg angle. I used tree supports and a 40% infill with ASA. After printing I filed down the little bit of sagging there was on the threads and vapor polished with acetone and a heat gun.
