For my Ender 3 Pro with this extruder, I had to modify one wall so it wouldn't hit the end switch cover. For me it is solution, 0 Y offset is better.

My print settings:

Layer height: 0.2 mm

Infill: 80%

Material: PETG

without supports

Difficulty: simple print
