Harbor Freight, Central Machinery Folding Sawhorse Bracket Replacement Repair

Tried making them with clip-ins like the original but the PLA was not flexible enough and kept braking. I went with the screw together and that works better and less likely to brake. Hardware used are (3) 5mm nuts, (2) 5mm x 30mm screws, and (1) 5mm x 15mm screw. If the nuts will not stay in by themselves use a spot of adhesive.

Bracket 2 will need touching build plate support. I used PLA, 0.20 layers, 3 walls and 50% infill for strength. Print 2 small nut holders.

Assemble center section with big nut and tighten. Put ends in sawhorse holes. The sawhorse holes do not allow much room around them. The nuts are tapered down to just about the hole size. Lift the bracket up a little to get the nut centered and start screw through bracket into threads and tighten. There is not much room and a little tricky to do.
