I bought a used DeWalt DW1251 Radial Arm Saw a few years ago and noticed that the motor fan had at some point rubbed against the inside of the cowling damaging both but not impeding the saw operation. I got my printer last year and after using Fusion 360 for a while I thought I might give designing a new fan a go.

I designed it in two parts because the original fan extends 15mm from the back which would mean, in my opinion, extra unnecessary support and a longer print time. So I printed the fan flat on the bed with support and a separate 15mm spacer which I glued to the fan once printed even though the fit is nice and snug so probably didn't need the glue.

I printed it 0.2 with support in PLA with 50% fill.

It has been in use now for several cuts and seems fine. I've included the Fusion and STEP files for you to tweak and improve.
