This one is made specially for the V0/V0.1 after sherpa after feedback on my V0.2R1 version.

Following my 20 degree tilted umbilical board (eco system) mounting to relieve strain on your umbilical cable and reduce scraping on the top hat. I have adapted it to work with the V0.1 X rail mounting and Mini After Sherpa.

The stain relief follows my “no loss” cable tie ethos, so no need to cut the cable tie, just unscrew the strain relief and then unplug the umbilical from the tool head board.

I have made the file so that it is pre placed on a V0 bed so its just slice and print.

file includes

2 x 18mm spacers (beefed up for added support)

1 x super light board mounting

1 x strain relief for umbilical cable

you will next these as extra's for the PCB mounting and strain relief

3 x M3x5x4 heat set nuts

3 x M3x6 button head screws

these are to fix the top strain relief and the PCB to the mount.

if you printed the spacers you will also need

4 x M3x5x4 heat set nuts

This is Technically a Beta release as I only have the CAD for the parts but it should be a nice fit.

Print settings i follow are the Voron Specs for functional parts

4 perimeter

5 top and bottom layers

40% infill

speed is what ever you can print are but this is quite a detailed part so slower might be better in this case.
