It has been known that the filter door latch for the Roomba 800+ series breaks over time with no current resolution without buying a whole new bin assembly or paying a ridiculous amount for just the door. I modeled this directly off my 860 series, and should work for all 800+ models. I meticulously measured all the features on the door with calipers and did intermediate prints to check for sizes before completing the whole thing. You will need to remove the gasket from the original door and place it in the new raceway. I used superglue to keep it in place.

You will unfortunately need supports for this, but they broke off pretty easy for me. Additionally, some of the physical features on the original door are too small to print and will not print (i.e. the door catch on the hinges). Therefore, the door will come out if it is not clipped into place.
