Extends a Nema 17, if you have a use case for that. I made it to separate a stepper from a pre-existing PLA mount that I was worried about deforming with heat.

Edit: Added a version that uses a F695 bearing

• Nema 17
• 608 bearing (608 version) OR F695 bearing(F695 version)
• 4 x M3 heat set inserts
• 4 x M3x8 screws
• 5mm to 8mm shaft coupler (608 version) OR 5mm to 5mm shaft coupler (F695 version)
• 8mm shaft (608 version) OR 5mm shaft (F695 version), around 45mm in length

Needs minimal supports. (see pictures) Print with a high-temp filament for best results.
