Print 3 digit rings, 1 shaft and 1 end cap, slide the rings onto the shaft (check that they all have the same orientation) and finally push on the end cap. If the end cap is too loose, a dab of glue should fix it. If it's too tight, try sanding it down a bit, or print at ever-so-slightly smaller scale.

I took inspiration from @Nacho_138624's and @gabindu's counters, but designed this one from scratch.

Update 26.11.2023: Add extended shaft for easier holding.
