Ender 3, S1 & S1 Pro Tensioner Thumbscrews

To add more life to my 3d printer, and inspired by others thumbscrews designs, i decided to create my own thumbscrews for belt tension adjustment.

I made 3 different designs that are more robust than the original.

Works on both x and z axis.

In Ender models, to install, need an M4-30mm screw and a M4 nut.

The nut fits with medium pressure, depending of your printer calibration.

Installation is very simple, just fit the nut and screw into proper piece slots. To remove the printer's original thumbscrew, simply turn and unscrew them until they come out normally.

I printed and tested all 3 models and works nicely.

Print with the nut face up and a small support is needed only in the screw head area.
